Our specialty cakes are, well, special. When ordering a cake, you may choose from a number of different flavors and fillings. And if there's something you'd like that you don't see listed, let us know, as we do everything we can to bring your dessert visions to life. Remember, our confection creations are designed to enhance your special occasion.
Bananalicous - Dense full flavored banana cake filled with pastry cream and sliced bananas, all generously frosted with whipped cream. We can even make it more of a tropical treat by topping it with coconut! View Order
Burnt Almond - Moist classic white cake with a custard cream and almond toffee filling. Light and luscious, it's one of our most popular cakes. View Order
Carrot Cake - A dense rich double layer cake made with lots of fresh carrots, walnuts and pecans topped with our own special cream cheese frosting. View Order
Chocolate Bomb - A dark rich chocolate cake filled with a combination of dark chocolate mousse and rich chocolate cream, frosted with a semi-sweet chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate curls. For the serious chocoholic. View Order
Chocolate Decadence - A Chocolate cake surrounded by chocolate custard cream topped with chocolate ganache and sprinkled with chocolate jimmies. It sounds really heavy, but it's as light as a whisper. View Order
Chocolate Raspberry Mousse - Layers of rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate mouse and raspberry mousse, finished off with a nice buttercream topping. View Order
Coconut Connection - If you like coconut, you will love this cake. A light white cake loaded with coconut and topped with a fresh coconut butter cream. This cake is garnished with toasted coconut flakes and more butter cream on top. View Order
Fresh Berry - White cake filled with whatever fresh berries are in season, seated on a thick Bavarian cream layer and topped with whipped cream frosting. This is summer fruit at it's best. You can mix and match fruit if you can't decide. View Order
German Chocolate - Our German chocolate cake is very light, fine crumbed and moist. We top and fill it with a creamy pecan coconut frosting. You'd better serve yourself a big piece because there won't be any left for seconds. View Order
Luscious Lemon - Layers of rich lemon cake made with lots of fresh lemons, filled with whipped cream and a thin layer of lemon curd. The entire cake is topped with whipped cream. Tastes sooooooo refreshing. View Order
Oreo Cookie Cake - Oreo cookie custard sandwiched between layers of German chocolate cake, topped with vanilla custard and decorated with Oreo cookie crumbs. A lightly chocolate flavored cake that's fun to look at and even more fun to eat. View Order
Spice Cake - We make our spice cake with freshly ground nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon. The cake is light and sweetened with brown sugar. We add a cream cheese filling and frosting. Praline or caramel filling and frosting also taste marvelous with this cake. View Order
