to those desserts is important to us. We take great pride in the freshness
and outstanding flavor of our products, which is why if you are unhappy with
any of our desserts for any reason, we want to hear about it.
We will do everything in our power to make things right.

Price Quote / Ordering Procedure
Many of our confections are one of a kind creations, involving specialty items such as seasonal fruit, fresh nuts, specific chocolates, or liqueuers, and the amount of work involved in the preparation and decorating of one dessert over another can vary substantially. As a result, we generate and send you a short text description for each dessert project we take on, along with a breakdown of charges for the dessert(s) and delivery.
Ordering a dessert from Simply Fine Desserts is as easy as 1 2 3...
From the ordering page, enter information about what you're
looking for in a dessert, where we'll be delivering to, and how
you'll be paying. Once we receive this information, we will confirm
receipt of your request by sending you, via email, a short description
and price quote for your particular project.
Once you receive our e-mail, forward the note back to us and
insert text indicating:
(1) that the project description in the quotation e-mail is correct,
(2) that the price quote is acceptable, and
(3) that the delivery details are in accordance with what you expect.
If anything needs clarification or you have any concerns,
they should be raised at this time.
You will receive a confirmation phone call three days
prior to the delivery date to notify you that your order has been
scheduled. At this time, you will receive final confirmation
about delivery and payment details. This is your final opportunity
to cancel your order without incurring a charge.
That's it. The only things left to do are to make your payment, receive your dessert, and enjoy!
Last Minute Orders
While we appreciate being given as much advance notice as possible, we do our best to accomodate last minute orders. Our online order system requires 5 days advance notice. However, if you require a last minute dessert, please call, and we'll do what we can to help.
Pickup
Desserts may be picked up from our Los Gatos bakery. We ask that you make prior arrangements for pickup, as our hours at the bakery vary.
You may also pickup your order on Sundays from the Santana Row Farmers' Market, again by prior arrangement.
Delivery
Desserts may be hand-delivered to a location within San Jose and the greater south bay. Delivery charges are based on area/zipcode and specific delivery requirements (for instance, extra charges may be quoted for weekend, holiday, or off-hour delivery, catering, setup and/or cleanup, etc.). Delivery and any related charges are quoted through our online quote system. Location and instructions are confirmed by phone three days in advance of the delivery date.
Our Bakery Facility
Our bakery is located at 10 Victory Lane in
downtown
Los Gatos, on the corner of Main Street and Santa Cruz Avenue
(in what is known as the Cañada Building). Be aware that this
is a kitchen facility; there is no area for serving customers.
If you're familiar with Los Gatos, we are downstairs from Mountain Charlies (on the parking lot side of the building); if you're not familiar with Los Gatos, you may find this map of downtown helpful. (For reference, when looking at the map, we're close to Lyndon Plaza...).
Getting To The Bakery Facility
From 880/17 South, Toward Santa Cruz
Take I-880/CA-17 South (about 7 miles from Hwy 280, 11 miles from US-101)
Take the first Los Gatos exit (CA-9 exit to Los Gatos Saratoga Road)
Turn left at the first stoplight (University)
Turn right onto Main Street
Cross the soplight at Main and Santa Cruz; the Cañada Building, in which we are located, is on the righthand corner.
After crossing through the light, turn right into the first parking lot behind the building. Toward the far end of the parking lot, you will see our door on the right; the sign near our door reads Incredible Edibles...

The Market
We are at the Santana Row Farmers' Market
every Sunday from 10am to 3pm.
Getting To The Market
Santana Row is located across the street from the Westfield Valley Fair shopping mall, at the corner of Stevens Creek and Winchester Boulevard.

Forms of Payment
We accept cash, checks, and visa/mastercard. Full payment is due upon delivery of your dessert. Deposits may be required in certain situations.

All photos of baked goods on our showcase and selection pages are of products baked and delivered by Simply Fine Desserts. Pictures may not be used without the written permission of Simply Fine Desserts.
Our Privacy Policy
We don't share our customer information with anyone, and we go to great lengths to protect your private information via both policies and technologies.

The Simply Fine Desserts site uses both javascript and cookies to help customers navigate through its pages and to ensure a better, more personalized experience. Disabling browser functionality such as cookies, SSL or javascript will render our site ineffective. As a result, this site requires both javascript and cookies to be available for use.

The SFD site has been checked against a number of browsers, including the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Opera and Safari. We recommend using relatively recent versions of these browsers, to ensure the best chance of pages being rendered correctly. Our personal favorite, as far as browsers go, is Firefox.
