How to Enable Cookies
The following instructions describe how to enable Cookies for:
Internet Explorer, Netscape,
Opera, Safari, Firefox and
AOL browsers.
Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
- Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Drag the slider down until Accept All Cookies is shown.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.
Internet Explorer 5.X
- Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level Button.
- Scroll down to the Cookies section.
- Make sure that Enable is selected for both Cookies entries.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.
Netscape 6.2 and above
- Click Edit on the top menu of your browser.
- Click Preferences....
- Click the triangle arrow next to Privacy & Security.
(If there triangle arrow is already pointing down, skip this step).
- Click on Cookies.
- Click on Enable All Cookies.
- Click OK.
Opera 7.0 and above
- Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
- Click Preferences....
- Click on the Privacy selection (near the bottom of the leftmost column).
- A checkmark should appear next to Enable cookies.
- The pulldown menu to the right of the words Normal cookies
should be set to Accept all cookies
- Click OK.
Safari for Mac OS X
- From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
- From the Security tab, under Accept Cookies, click to select Always.
- Click Close.
Firefox 1.X
- Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
- Click Options....
- Click the Privacy icon (in the lefthand column).
- Click the Plus sign next to the word Cookies.
(If there is a Minus sign to the left of the word Cookies, skip this step).
- Click the box to Allow sites to set cookies
- Click OK.
AOL 7.0 and above
- From the My AOL menu, click Preferences.
- Click WWW.
- From the Security tab, click Custom Level.
- Scroll to Cookies section. From Allow per-session cookies (not stored), click to select Enable.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Close the Preferences window, then Reload the page.
