How to Enable Cookies

The following instructions describe how to enable Cookies for:

Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Safari, Firefox and AOL browsers.




Internet Explorer 6.0 and above
  1. Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Drag the slider down until Accept All Cookies is shown.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Apply.
Internet Explorer 5.X
  1. Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
  2. Click Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Security tab.
  4. Click the Custom Level Button.
  5. Scroll down to the Cookies section.
  6. Make sure that Enable is selected for both Cookies entries.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Apply.

Netscape 6.2 and above
  1. Click Edit on the top menu of your browser.
  2. Click Preferences....
  3. Click the triangle arrow next to Privacy & Security. (If there triangle arrow is already pointing down, skip this step).
  4. Click on Cookies.
  5. Click on Enable All Cookies.
  6. Click OK.

Opera 7.0 and above
  1. Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
  2. Click Preferences....
  3. Click on the Privacy selection (near the bottom of the leftmost column).
  4. A checkmark should appear next to Enable cookies.
  5. The pulldown menu to the right of the words Normal cookies should be set to Accept all cookies
  6. Click OK.

Safari for Mac OS X
  1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. From the Security tab, under Accept Cookies, click to select Always.
  3. Click Close.

Firefox 1.X
  1. Click Tools on the top menu of your browser.
  2. Click Options....
  3. Click the Privacy icon (in the lefthand column).
  4. Click the Plus sign next to the word Cookies. (If there is a Minus sign to the left of the word Cookies, skip this step).
  5. Click the box to Allow sites to set cookies
  6. Click OK.

AOL 7.0 and above
  1. From the My AOL menu, click Preferences.
  2. Click WWW.
  3. From the Security tab, click Custom Level.
  4. Scroll to Cookies section. From Allow per-session cookies (not stored), click to select Enable.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close the Preferences window, then Reload the page.
